Our Products
At Nordic Invites you will find affodable invitations for all of lifes parties with creative add ons like rows of photos, tags and much more.
All our print products are produced on Denmark on FSC-certified paper / cardstock.
You insert your own text to personalize your stationery in our design app. They are the sent directly to our printers – Production time 3 to 5 work days.
All our invites, save the date and thank you cards have an envelope included in the price.

I have saved a design. Where can I find it?
Save designs are save in our private browser cache, so avoid clearing cache while you are working on your design.
To find the design again, go to the specific product and do the following:
- Click “Personalize”
- Click “Gem / Indlæs design (Gemmes i browser cache)”
- Choose the saved design
Will you proof read my text? (insert commas / correct misspelled words)
Exactly what you see in the design app, is what will be printed (without the guides).
It is an automated process, which enables the quick production and speedy delivery.
Can I order less than 15 pieces?
Unfortunately no. It is a minimum requirement set by the printers.
If you are ordering place cards, you can use additional cards as signage for the buffet or the gift table.
Can I get guests' names printed on the invites?
It is possible on selected invites. You can use the search filter in the shop to search invites with printed names.
On the rest you can print Dear ______ on the invitations and write the names by hand afterwards.
Alternatively you can write the names on tag and tie it around the invites with string or ribbon – or attach with a papirclip.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is 3 to 5 weekdays (within Denmark)
Around Black Friday, Christmas, January and so forth you can expect longer delivery times with GLS.
EU Shipping
We currently ship to the following EU countries:
- Denmark
- Belgium
- Germany
- Sweden
Contact us if you need your order shipped to EU countries that are not listed above. We can ship to almost all EU countries.
Can I pick up my order in Horsens?
Nordic Invites is a webshop – Personal pickup is not possible.
Do I have Right of cancellation?
As a consumer you have 14 days right of cancellation on product that are not personalized or made / ordered in especially for you.
Most of out print products including pocketsfolds are personalized / made for your or order in especially for you. Therefore the right of cancellation will not apply to them. Our outlet products are covered by the right of cancellation.
By EU law you always have right of complaint – that includes personalized products.

Is your paper environmentally friendly?
Our paper and cardstock is FSC certified.
You can choose to have you stationery printed on recycled paper / cardstock.
Do you offer discount codes or sales?
We have sales and discounts from time to time. Keep an eye on our social media to se when the sales are happening.
Hvorfor kan jeg ikke finde alle tryksager på genbrugspapir?
Vi har valgt, at tryksager med billeder ikke trykkes på genbrugspapir. Grunden til dette er, at billedet får et gylden skær, der ikke er særlig flatterende.
Det er også nogle designs, hvor farverne vil blive påvirket for meget at en gylden baggrund.
Right to use, what does that mean?
When you purchase a printed product from us you have the use that product.
E.g. That means that you can use the invitation to invite your friends and family to the event. But that also means that you are not allowed to reproduce, copy, alter the design, or resell the design.
Nordic Invites will always hold the copyright to all our products, website and branding.
